Say hello to the dad crush of the month; Craig. I am literally the luckiest woman in the world to have Craig as my husband and best friend. He works his butt off at work (and he works from home now 🙌) so that he can provide for us and so that I can be a stay at home mom, and during work hours he still does dad stuff when he can. He helps me out in any way he can, whenever he can 😍 He is also such a typical dad as the lawn has to be perfect, the grill has to always be going, and he always has a dad joke 😂 I love him to bits.
1) What advice would you give to a new dad?
Change the diapers as often as possible. Mom already did the hardest part so now it’s your turn to do the gross stuff.
2) What do you do now that you are a father that you never thought you would before you had kids?
I wipe a lot of bums😜…. Clean vomit from hair and bedding…. Occasionally wear a tiara 👑🤷🏼♂️🙈
3) would you ever be a stay at home dad?
It would not be my preference but if I had to I would. I have the utmost respect for anyone who wants to or does so out of necessity. Being a stay at home parent is a lot harder than going to work every day.
4) what do you admire most about the mother of your children?
Her ability to keep it together and keep the household running while one kid is crying because the bottle won’t warm up fast enough, the other is crying because she just pooped her pants, the dog is whining at the door because she’s hungry and the cat is scratching the new furniture. She’s the strongest person I know❤️
5) what do you like to do in your “free time”?
Mow the lawn 🌱
