These are my go-to cookies for almost everything! Perfect for when you are pregnant, breastfeeding, kid snacks, mama cravings...you get it mama 🍪
Preheat oven to 350 degrees⠀
✖️ 1 cup oats (I like the regular oats for this recipe, not as mushy)
✖️ 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (you can use vegan chips too)
✖️ 2 ripe bananas
✖️ 1 scoop of vegan protein powder (this is optional) * the @vega_team brand works great and the @toneitupnutrition ones as well
✖️ 1 tbsp of coconut oil
✖️ sprinkle of sea salt⠀
➖ Mix together in a food processor or by hand. Scoop tbsp of dough onto parchment paper, press gently to flatten. Cook for 5-7 mins. Let it cool. These 🍪don’t take long to cook and I like them more soft, so it’s really on preference. Store in a air tight container up to 5 days. Can be stored in the fridge as well. ⠀
PS. These have been great for me dealing with “morning sickness” more like all day sickness 😜 for this mama!
